I am a legal advisor and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Prior to founding Capital Legal, I collaborated with several leading Warsaw law firms, focusing on corporate services and public procurement law. I also have substantial experience as an in-house lawyer, providing legal services to commercial law companies. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in corporate and contract law.

I am particularly drawn to projects that demand a lawyer’s analytical skills. I have participated in a range of projects, including the informatization of healthcare systems, the transformation of FMCG manufacturing companies, and the implementation and maintenance of information systems. My role involved preparing investment, implementation, and maintenance contracts, as well as actively participating in negotiations between transaction parties.

I am an attorney affiliated with the District Council of Attorneys in Warsaw. I hold an LLB with honors from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and an LL.M. cum laude in International Business Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Additionally, I have completed postgraduate studies in competition law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Before founding Capital Legal, I worked with both international and Polish law firms, including the British firm Allen & Overy, as well as Solivan B. Miszkurka, J. Chabocka Advocates and Legal Advisors, and Gotkowicz, Kosmus Kuczyński and Partners.

My specialization is primarily in advising international and domestic entities on a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial real estate. I counsel companies in the office, retail, warehouse, logistics, and residential sectors. I also regularly represent investors in real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, with the total value of transactions I have handled amounting to hundreds of millions of zlotys.

Marta is a legal counsel and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is also a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and has completed postgraduate studies in modern technology law at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.

Marta specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, with expertise in corporate law, risk assessment in business operations, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. In addition, she has extensive experience in litigation.

Her professional experience spans various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, security, telecommunications, hospitality, catering, events, e-commerce, banking and financial institutions, and energy companies.

Urszula Koronowska is a trainee legal advisor and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. She is currently completing her legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Białystok.

Urszula specializes in labor law, with expertise in preparing employee documentation such as labor regulations, remuneration policies, and Social Benefits Fund regulations. She provides legal opinions on a wide range of employment contracts, including non-competition agreements, contracts with company executives, and management agreements. She also assists entrepreneurs with employment restructuring, including group layoffs, and represents both employers and employees in labor litigation.

In her role, Urszula regularly collaborates with HR departments of commercial companies, striving to offer simple, flexible solutions that streamline employee processes. Additionally, she contributes to Capital Legal’s expert blog, where she publishes articles on labor law.
