I am a legal advisor, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Before establishing Capital Legal, I cooperated with leading Warsaw law firms by being part of the corporate services and public procurement law departments. I have considerable experience in providing legal services to commercial law companies as a so-called in-house lawyer. Since the beginning of my professional career, I have had the opportunity to accumulate knowledge in the area of corporate law and contract law.
I have a special interest in projects that require analytical skills from a lawyer. I participated in projects related to, among others, the informatization of health care, the transformation of a group of FMCG manufacturing companies, the implementation and maintenance of information systems, and others. I am an attorney at the District Council of Attorneys in Warsaw, a graduate of LLB law studies at Coventry University in the United Kingdom (diploma with honors) and LL.M. studies in the area of international business law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands (diploma cum laude). In addition, I completed postgraduate studies in competition law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

I specialize primarily in advising international and Polish entities in the broad area of real estate law, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate. TRAINEE LEGAL ADVISOR
Urszula Koronowska is a trainee legal advisor, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. She is serving her legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Białystok.
Urszula Koronowska specializes primarily in legal issues related to labor law. She prepares employee documentation, including labor regulations, remuneration regulations, Social Benefits Fund regulations and others. She provides opinions on contracts in the broad field of labor law, including employment contracts, non-competition agreements, agreements with members of company authorities and management contracts. She also supports entrepreneurs in the area of employment restructuring, including group layoffs. She provides services in the course of litigation acting on the side of employers and employees. Urszula Koronowska regularly cooperates with HR departments of commercial companies. Whenever possible, she tries to find simple and flexible solutions that allow employers to conduct employee processes in an optimized manner.
