Recently, we had the pleasure of supporting our long-term client in the process of purchasing real estate in Warsaw for the purposes of running a medical services center.
We were primarily responsible for the due diligence process of the real estate itself, as well as the company acquired by our client, which is the owner of the real estate.
Our analysis helped in making the final decision about the profitability of the investment. We indicated potential legal risks related to the planned transaction and provided recommendations on how to minimize them. We also highlighted a number of legal factors that contributed to the reduction of the transaction price. Next, we designed the structure of the transaction, including collateral and contractual penalties.
