Fit-out contract in Poland

A commercial building interior fit-out contract, also sometimes referred to as a “fit-out works contract” or “fit-out agreement,” is a key document that defines the obligations of the parties involved in the process of adapting commercial space.

Fit out is the process of tailoring a building’s interiors to a tenant’s specific business needs, involving the adaptation of office, retail or service space for specific purposes, such as room layout, installation of communication systems, lighting or furniture fittings.

In this publication we describe the legal issues that should be the subject of a contract for fit-out work between the purchaser and the contractor in Poland.
